Possessing a public parcel of 20.000 m2 (100 x 200 m) on the boulevard Lambermont and having no funds  to exploit it. Lacking sports facilities but having no budget to construct them. A challenge to be met! The Schaerbeek community launched a competition intended to establish a partnership between a sports developer (investor and private entrepreneur) and an architecture bureau.
